« Our hotel room was very dirty with many small insects, lizards and other mosquitos. They were running around. On complaining, they gave us a second room which was even worse. The manager was called and he was very aggressive with me. I feared for our lives. He shouted and pointed at me and moved towards me informing me that my complaint was not valid. Point black he refused to even try a third room and told us to get out of his hotel. Avoid at all costs! »

"Le personnel ne répond pas par mail via le site Hotels.com, nous avons dû téléphoner depuis la France pour savoir si notre réservation était bien enregistrée (2 mails envoyés en anglais et en Thaïlandais et pas réponse) -Le lit est confortable mais beaucoup de bruit la nuit, on entend les voisins et toutes les chaises qui se déplacent sur le carrelage et bruits dans le grand couloir toutes la nuit. Concernant le petit déjeuner, c'est quasiment toujours la même chose (repas local), il n'y a rien pour les européens (pain ou croissants), café soluble! horrible! En résumé, passable pour une nuit mais nous sommes resté 3 semaines payées en avance, c'était une erreur."
